We the buyers are require to pay for house Construction bond to the Developers if we are the one to construct the house? And only 80% of the said bond to be refunded? Is this rules mention in the PD 957 I guess no! What if they Developers violated the PD 957( i,e. section 19, 20 & 27 of PD 957) are they accountable? Construction bond is not mentioned in the contract to sell we signed. We still obligue to pay before we can start the construction of the house? Pls help! thanks in advance.
