Hello mga kababayan,
Last october 2007, we purchased a lot from La huerta GRO marine dev't corp (OWNER) which developer is St.Catherine realty.The subdivision is PUNTA VERDE SUBD located in Angeles city, Pampanga. 3 months after (e.q ,Jan.2008) a fully paid payment was already made to La huerta,now i would like to know if we (buyer of the lot) have the right to process the transfer of title or the Subdivision owner (La huerta) is the only one allowed to process the transfer of title?
Another question is that,is acceptable that the title of the lot released to us by La huerta (Owner of the subdivision) when we made a down payment for the lot we purchased has not been authenticated by a notary public?
