thank you very much for your prompt action regarding my concern.
i am actually a tenant here in san jose village 3 Biņan, laguna a housing project under ayala land but now turned over to the association.
we've been renting here since 2004 and the board just send us memo regarding loud pipes pertaining not only to my motorcycle honda wave 125 but to other motorcycle as well that has loud pipes.
we where given instructions that if we dont do something to make our vehicle produce a little noise (according to the hoa we invaded the privacy and serenity of the village) we will be asked to leave our vehicles at the guardhouse and walk on our way home.
to show our respect and cooperation we bought a silencer for our pipes. like the ones approved by the mmda and makati traffic group and yet we are still on the watch list of the village administrator.
is there no provisions in the hoa actions against us?
isnt it too personal? violating the human rights?
what can we do sir? we can only afford to buy motorcycle unlike our neighbors who got branded ones...
please help and educate me regarding this matter.
