Please help me.

To give you a short background.

The owner and developer of the subdivision is north 44 then the rainbow land corporation purchased a portion of a land at tinayuan nya ng mga town houses. At ito ay binebenta nya Iam one of the buyer. Pero walang license to sell si Rainbow land. To fixed the problem ang ginawa nila si north 44 he extended his license to sell to rainbow land. My question is legal po b yon or puwede ba yon gawin?
