are the regional email addresses still working? i visited this site -> http://www.hlurb.gov.ph/article/articlestatic/150/1/48/ and contacted the region 7 office for inquiry but to this date, i got no answer..
this email address (hlurb7@cebu.weblinq.com ) is no longer working as it returned an error:

Technical details of permanent failure:
TEMP_FAILURE: DNS Error: Could not contact DNS servers
can you provide another way to contact the regional office thru email..
