Please help. I've paid 4-yrs worth of MA for a low cost housing project but unfortunately was not able to continue paying the remaining 3 yrs MA worth. I used to pay approx. 6700.00/mo MA. Is there a way for me to recoup a portion of what i have already paid for? the unit has never been used and is now up for sale actually. about 4 yrs had already passed since my last payment. is there a law covering my situation? thank you.
