Hello, this may sound stupid but I need to know the answer.
We just bought a condo unit through in house loan.
The Net Selling Price is P912,000.
We paid the reservation fee of P15,000. They then gave us the computation of the loan and how much we should pay monthly etc....
I noticed that they have added the reservation fee to the net selling price which makes the total selling P927,000
Is this right? I thought they were suppose to deduct the P15,000 reservation fee to the net sellling price.
