A HOA member had done consignation of his association dues since last year. What document can HOA ask from that member to prove that he had promptly consigned his corresponding asso. dues on monthly basis? Does HLURB issue certification on this regard? Who has the right to keep HLURB official receipts? Member or HOA?
According to Subdivision By-laws, late payment charges are imposed if payments were made after stated due dates in Billing Statements. Can HOA apply the same to the said member?
