Hello...i just want to make an inquiry regarding my problem.Im constructing my house in the subdivision i bought and just found out that a lot of charges are required before the developer can issue a permit to build your house ,to get your electric and water line?im going to enumerate the following charges...construction bond 30,000 pesos per lot,relocation fee times two again ,and construction fee multiply with the area of your house..is this legal?only the construction bond is refundable.
