Dear Sir/Madam: I am considering buying a condo unit in Boracay and was searching your online database for the ff project - Name: BORACAY BEACH CONDO-HOTEL Developer: Boracay TransPacific Properties, Inc. Location: Station 1, White Beach, Baranggay Balabag, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan Lot Nos: 625-626 Area: 6,213 sqm Date of Construction: On-going since Feb-2007 with completion June 2008. Unfortunately, no record of any HLURB license can be found thru your website, although I don't know if there is a system incompatibility, since I am using a Macintosh computer.
