Thank you for your reply. I have read all the details about RA 6552, but it is only for buyers paying installment more than 2 years and less than two years. I am not sure if the installment stated there were the required downpayment installment. As in my case, I have fully paid the 10 % down payment just a month after my reservation and ready to move in but unexpected happen so my family decided not to occupy the unit. So before my first monthly installment I informed developer about my cancellation and they said i cannot get any refund. It is a hard earned money working abroad - i just cannot give up that amount . I hope you understand. I am hoping there is a way for me to get back my money. Please advise where I can go for help. Thanks again.
