I would just like to inquire on how do condominiums compute for association dues. I own a unit in Belair SOHO in Makati and I am paying about P90+ per square meter for association dues. Since I am working in Singapore, I have mailed Century/Meridien several times for the last 6 months on how it is computed but I haven't received any reply from them regarding the computation. The condominium is a low-rise condominium that doesn't have any amenities at all. I am paying about P5000++ for dues monthly which is very high for such a condominium. Is there any government agency whom I can inquire to regarding this matter?
