We own a property that we will be developing into a condominium project. Unfortunately, our license to sell has not yet come out for more than 2 months already. And then somebody informed us that there's such an arrangement nowadays where HLURB issues a TEMPORARY LICENSE TO SELL, pending release of a permanent one. Is this true? If yes, can you educate us how to go about it? Thanks.
