Dear Mr. Calzado,
Many thanks for your replies to all my messages. I just have one more question though.
When we bought our units here at Melrose Park, situated at Molino 3 Bacoor Cavite, one of the things that we considered was the small community the developer was boasting about, like they said there will be only around 100 houses here. Lately, we have been hearing that the vacant parcel of land adjacent to our subdivision will now be developed too (by our developer -Woodridge Properties, Inc.) as Melrose Park Phase II and an interconnection gate with our subdivision is being planned by them, which every homeowner here is now opposing to. Is it possible for us to secure a copy of the HLURB approved subdivision plan for Melrose Park?
Also, how can they already think of developing another project when the promised amenities for our subdivision have not been completed yet, can we also ask a copy of the License to Sell given by HLURB to our developer so we could check on the time frame your office has approved for them to completely develop our subdivision?
Thanks in advance for your enlightnment.
