we are planning to conduct a new set of officers sometime around March 2008.
the subdivision has no existing association. The validity of the first association has expired and the succeeding association was revoke due to some reason. We held an election last year duly supervised by the HLURB and yet somebody opposed it claiming that the election is illegal. and delegated himself as the "hold over" president. the residents needed change
What are the complete requirement to hold another election which will be abosolutely in accordance with the mandated guidelines of the HLURB?
