1. I was opposed after our election claiming that I am not a legitimate homeowner. My parents acquired the lot in their name inside the subdivision and my wife built the existing apartment in her name.

Q- am I not allowed to be elected as the president of the association?

2. Our position paper regarding the arbitration was submitted months ago and yet no resolution has been made regarding the arbitration.

Q How long will it take for the abitration Officer to make the necessary resolution?
