Please advise me on the land that we are purchasing in the said garden resort located in Brgy. Ulat and Pasong Langka, Silang Cavite under the PRIME PEAK PROPERTIES,LTD.INC represented by Anthony Ma G. Aguilar. We were told by their VP for Southern Luzon Region during the time we started the payment last March, 2007 that they will start the development of the area in about 3 months time. However, at the moment we were told that they are still in the process of securing a permit to start the development of the land. Please advise us on how should we deal on this matter. Do you have any record about this developer?
