If ever that the developer revised its approved master plan submitted to HLURB and replacing it with the new master plan i.e. changing the road from 10 meters (concrete) into 3 meters so that only Golf cart can pass since the subdivision is located in an island and to lower the project cost, does the developer needs to inform the lot buyers about it? For the developer, what are the requirements they need to comply with for having a new master plan. Thanks...
