what is the appropriate complaint to be filed if there is an illegal HOA operating and collecting money from homeowners. camella milan homeowners association located in san pedro laguna does not show any registration and they are doing things for their (officers) benefits like using the bayad center and vacant lots (near the water tank) as gambling and drinking area. using vacant lots for their fighting cocks brings eyesore to the subdivision and allowing tricycle terminals inside the subdivision because some of the officers are tricycle drivers. the bayad center and the quarter was built without permit.
i alongwith with other concerned homeowners are deeply bothered by this scenario and wants a legitimate HOA where all resolutions are legally documented and decided by the homeowners themselves.
